Do you take a multivitamin?

We all want to be healthy or we at least want to try!!!! I wish I could make a bigger commit to take my vitamins, but as always I either forget or I get too lazy. I mean it’s only a pill and it takes like 5 seconds to swallow the pill and gulp a mouthful of water. I want to be healthy and I think that I don’t get enough vitamins from my food…time to supplement. I know I am not alone because not many people I know take their daily vitamin. A multivitamin is a great way to get a lot of vitamins at once because if you have to take individual pills it would be way too many pills. A good one for women is One A Day Woman’s ,$17(but I did some research and the pill makes some people sick-Do your research and make an informed decision).
