Drake: Rapper Recreates Bar Mitzvah On ‘SNL’

Drake not only hosted Saturday Night Live but he was also the musical guest. He took on recreating his 1999 Bar Mitzvah during his opening monologue.The rapper talked about growing up with a Jewish mother and a black father in the sketch where he opened with a rap…“I’m black and Jewish, don’t be so foolish, it’s a mitzvah. I’m black, I’m Jewish. I play ball like Lebron and I know what a W2 is, ” also saying, “I celebrate Hannakuh, dated Rihanna-akah.”

And new cast member Sasheer Zamata got her first line in the skit as Drake’s aunt “Auntie Ronda” from Memphis, Tenn. He also apologized for the term, YOLO.
