Drew Barrymore may be leaving CoverGirl behind and launch her own cosmetics line, with Walmart. Barrymore has been one of the CoverGirl face for the last 5 years and rumor has it her contract is up in January…and she will be able to move on to her own cosmetics line. According to WWD, the new mother has been working with Italian-based Intercos, the leading supplier of color cosmetics, makeup and skin care. And this could a huge one for Barrymore and Walmart as it would be the first full makeup brand developed just for Walmart. A Rep for P&G says Barrymore is still a CoverGirl, but added, “As a rule, we don’t discuss the details of our contracts with our celebrities and ambassadors.”
