Elin Nordegren, the former wife of Tiger Woods took a very slight jab at her ex-husband during her graduation commencement speech…where she was took the top honor, the Outstanding Senior Award (which is like a valedictorian). Nordegren,who was married to Tiger for five years and have two children together, graduated with a 3.96 GPA and picked up a bachelor’s degree in psychology at Rollins Hamilton Holt School in Winter Park, FL.
Elin said in her speech she was often considered the ‘woman with no words’…but in her speech she did have a few words. “In the fall of 2005 I was 25 years old. I had just recently moved to America. I was married without children. Today, nine years later, I’m a proud American, and I have two beautiful children. But I am no longer married,” the audience broke out in laughter and Nordegren laughed a little herself.
