Empire still got it! The hit FOX show season 2 premiered to great numbers last night on par with the finale’s huge ratings. Drumroll…16.2 million viewers tuning in for the Hip Hop based drama (with aa spec of comedy let’s be real here). Ok now off the numbers and on to the show. Lucious is in jail (three whole months and he’s b*tchin’), Cookie is fighting for ownership of the family business (for the family of course), but her takeover deal goes a little awry and Lucious showed his true ‘old’ colors as a badass…family man! No real spoliers here, but if you watched it you know what I mean!
The family seems to be dividing real quick and did you peep that quickie Chris Rock cameo, they sure got rid of him quick didn’t they? And where’s Tiana…she’ll be back next week don’t worry! Ohh side note…did you catch that 50 Cent diss. Well 50 did and he responded to being called ‘thirsty.’
