Kat Von D has a new eyeshadow primer exclusively at  Sephora called,  Kat Von D High Voltage Eye Primer in Smoky ($15) made just for the smoky eye look. I have two of Kat’s Palettes and I love them…great pigment. This primer is great for when you are doing a dark smoky eye because it gives you a dark base to start with and while the light primers may be great this just puts you one step ahead in your makeup routine!
