Gia Allemend and her NFL boyfriend, Ryan Anderson were on the outs and fighting a lot before her suicide on August 12 according to People. According to a police report the couple argued over Ryan’s possible cheating and his unwillingness to commit to the relationship (Gia wanted to get married and have children). Ryan had dropped her off at her New Orleans apartment and she told him she still loved him and he replied, “I don’t love you anymore.” Two hours later Ryan returned to the apartment after being called by Gia’s concerned mother and when he entered the apartment he found Gia hanging, by a vacuum cleaner cord. She was rushed to the hospital, but was taken off life support two days later.
