I love Gossip Girl and I am currently having GG withdrawal since the show went on hiatus for a few weeks. Anyways it was Jessica Szohr (or Vanessa Beautiful Bohemian, Dan’s BF and current love interest on GG) who got a haircut. She had super long hair and opted for shoulder length do.
Jessica has an amazing eye color!
