Halle Berry had a very resilient intruder over the weekend…he tried three times on three consecutive days to get into Halle’s residence! WTF?? This guy was obviously a stalker trying to get to Halle. That’s just so scary! Thank goodness Halle was never alone!

According to E!,

Richard Franco was arrested by police while making his third attempt (on the third consecutive day) at breaking into the A-lister’s Hollywood Hills abode late Sunday night.

Berry, who was home during the weekend when the alleged stalking began, had called police on Saturday around 4:30 p.m. after first spotting the 27-year-old trespasser. Unfortunately, he had already fled the scene by the time cops arrived.

Then, fewer than 24 hours later, a staff member at Berry’s home spotted the same man jumping over the outer wall of the house Sunday morning. When confronted, he leapt back over the fence and once again fled.

Finally, after yet another attempt at breaking in last night, his fast feet finally failed him, and he was ultimately busted on the scene at 11:15 p.m. Once again, he was caught scaling the back wall of the house, but this time, Berry’s private security team was waiting, and watched the whole incident go down on security cameras.

They confronted the man and held him while the LAPD was called. Upon their arrival, cops quickly arrested the suspect, who was personally identified by Berry, according to Sgt. George Hoops of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Hollywood Station.

At 2:56 a.m., per authorities, Franco was booked at the Hollywood Station on one count of suspicion of felony stalking.
