Hilary Duff is looking to land back on tv. After the end of Disney’s Lizzie McGuire stuck with movies only making guest appearances on tv like Community and Gossip Girl but Duff has signed a talent/development deal with 20th Century Fox TV according to Deadline. Duff is looking to star in a 30 minute comedy which she would star in as well as produce.
