Hilary Duff’s Keeps on promoting her new book  “Elixir” at a Book Signing at Barnes & Noble in Los Angeles and she rocked a very cute hat. I don’t think people wear hats enough…they are so cute and different. OMG, I am freaking out over her hair color…it makes me want to go blond!
