Hilary Duff’s ex-husband wants joint custody of their son, Luca and is taking her to court to get it. When Hilary originally filed for divorce she petitioned for her ex Mike Comrie to get only visitation (there are rumors he is a hard partier), but he now wants joint legal and physical custody with his ex.
After filing for divorce earlier this year, Hilary told People “We are a unit and we’re going to be a unit for the rest of our lives. We realized [as a couple] we weren’t where we used to be. But I feel so lucky this happened when Luca was young because this is his normal now.”
Well I guess the split isn’t so amicable at least when it comes to their son.
