How Does Jennifer Lopez Keep Her Bod in Shape?

Jennifer Lopez has an exquisite face, beautiful skin and a banging body, but how does she keep her bod in shape? Umm exercise and clean eating, there is no secret! “I eat right and exercise! I put in the work like everyone else. You have to switch it up to keep your body and yourself fresh.” Jennifer, who works out with trainer Tracy Anderson says she keeps her body tight with circuit training, cardio and workouts designed by Anderson. 

And even though Jennifer has not had plastic surgery she is not against it. “I haven’t done anything. I don’t know how I’ll feel in 10 or 15 years. I deserve the right to feel how I feel at the time. This person [right now] doesn’t feel the need to do anything …I feel comfortable in my own skin, absolutely.”

So…Jennifer doesn’t have a secret to her bod she hard work and willpower. On a side note Jennifer was asked on Watch What Happens Live about her ex-fiance Ben Affleck’s nude Gone Girl scene to which she said, “Nothing I haven’t seen before.” Funny lady!
