Jennifer Lopez’s boytoy, Casper Smart may have jumped the gun in announcing that JLO was back on American Idol…although we all know she is coming back…but Jenny from the Block has not officially signed on the dotted line. A source tells EW that Jennifer is close to signing the deal and an announcement will be made shortly. Jennifer wanted to rejoin Idol to give her five-year-old twins, max and Emme more stability since they will be starting kindergarten this year and the production schedule allows her to do so. Jennifer will join Keith Urban (already announced to come back) and teh third judge could be Will.i.am or producer Dr. Luke. Jennifer’s great, but can she revive Idol after the Nicki-Mariah fiasco? I love Jennifer we are from the same hometown!
