Jimmy Fallon’s hand hurts a lot today. Not only was he hospitalized yesterday following a bloody hand injury, he needed surgery. Jimmy took to Twitter to explain his injury, “Tripped and caught my fall (good thing)! Ring caught on side of table almost ripped my finger off (bad thing). #drugged #blessed. I’m doing well and thanks for good wishes everyone.”
Jimmy was forced to cancel an episode of The Tonight Show following the injury. “Hey guys – unfortunately tonight’s taping has been canceled due to Jimmy injuring his hand. He’s totally fine but we’ll be airing a repeat.”
