Joe Simpson may have a lot on his mind lately including that ‘is he gay’ scandal and his impending divorce from Tina Simpson, so he decided to plead no contest his drunken driving case and received three years probation and will have to attend an alcohol-education class according to People. Simpson entered the plea to one misdemeanor count via his attorney. Simpson was arrested last August after being pulled over by police on Ventura Boulevard in L.A.
