Joe Simpson says he was not drinking and driving…therefore he pleaded not guilty to the DUI charges L.A. City Attorney charged him with. Simpson was arrested for blowing a .12 on the breathalyzer test after being pulled over at a DUI checkpoint in Sherman Oaks, CA. He could face up to a year in jail if convicted…but he probably won’t, since he is a first time offender. He will have to head back to court in October according to TMZ.
