Jon Hamm and Jennifer Westfeldt have split after 18 years together.The couple announced their split via a statement to People. “With great sadness, we have decided to separate, after 18 years of love and shared history. The couple faced split rumors for the past few months, and were last seen together in July at a premiere after-partyfor Netflix’s Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp.The couple began dating in 1997.
