Kelly Rutherford will have to return her two children to their father, Daniel Giersch after angering a judge this morning when she failed to bring her children to a mandated court appearance in NYC. Last week Rutherford refused to send her children home to their father in Monaco after the California and NYC would not hold jurisdiction over the kids so she kept them in the US following a summer with her saying, “I have decided that I cannot lawfully send my children away from the United States to live in a foreign country.”
Th children are expected to leave the country today. Their grandmother, Giersch’s mother was in court to greet the kids. The next court hearing in September 3 in Monaco.
