Justin Bieber wants to party…we get it but at just 19 years old it may be illegal for him to enter the club…fast forward to this weekend when he was escorted out for being underage. Justin tried to sneak in the back of Lure night club for their Toxic Luau Beach Day party but was later removed. “Someone from Justin’s team had come earlier in the day and told the club that he would be showing up. The club told him they wouldn’t let him in because he’s not 21,” a source tells E! News. “Bieber came anyways and tried to sneak in through a back door. The Game was on the mic at this point and saw Bieber trying to get in and shouted that Bieber was on his way inside. That’s when security saw him and escorted him out immediately. He left right away, he seemed really embarrassed.”Bieber has also been slapped with a lawsuit after he took the memory card from a paparazzo. The pap, Jeffrey Binion claims that not only was his property stolen but he was also roughed up by Bieber’s bodyguard, Hugo Hesny after he tried to snap a few photos of the Biebs leaving a recording studio in FL last week. Binion’s lawyer, Russell S. Adler, tells TMZ, “Justin Bieber is now an adult, and he should act like one. He needs to learn that he cannot use bodyguards as weapons to harm innocent people. Bieber’s violent behavior toward photographers must end, and he should take responsibility for his actions. No amount of fame or fortune justifies Bieber’s shameful and outrageous conduct. To send him that message and deter his misbehavior in the future, we will seek punitive damages against him as allowed by Florida law.”
