kanye West may have smiled at a paparazzi this week, but he may return to angry Kanye since he was just slapped with a lawsuit for the July 19th airport scuffle he had on . The pap, Daniel Ramos claims all he did was ask Kanye, “Can we talk to you?” when he turned “without warning or provocation,” and “suddenly attacked, punching [the plaintiff] and attempting to wrestle the camera from” Ramos’ hands. Ramos held onto his camera but fell to his knees and “with enough force that he sustained injuries to his right hip, as well as accompanying pain and emotional distress.” he was later taken to the ER at Marina Del Rey Hospital by ambulance. Ramos has hired Gloria Allred to represent him. “Photographers should not be forced to suffer physical attacks simply because they speak to a celebrity,” Allred said in her own statement. “Celebrities are not above the law and they have no right or special license to hurt others.” Ramos is seeking unspecified damages for allegations of battery, assault, negligence and interference with the exercise of civil rights.
