Kate Hudson hasÂ theÂ kind of vibrant, playful personality that people are attracted to which is why I was notÂ surprisedÂ when I heard she was going to be Almay’s New Global Brand Ambassador.
“Almay is known for its fresh, effortless approach to beauty,” saidÂ Kate Hudson. Â “I share that philosophy and I’m honored to be partnering with a brand that believes cosmetics should bring out the natural beauty inside every woman. Â At the end of the day we all want to have fun and feel beautiful â€“ that’s what Almay is all about.”
Kate will be the face of new and existing Almay products and will appear in global multi-media campaigns that include television, print, in-store and internet placements. Â Kate’s first television and print campaign for the brand is set to debut later this year.
Kate will also help with thephilanthropic and fundraising events that Almay is involved in likeÂ the Almay Rainforest Concert onÂ Thursday, May 13thÂ at Carnegie Hall inÂ New York City. Â The concert benefits The Rainforest Foundation, founded by Sting andÂ Trudie Stylerto support indigenous and traditional people of the world’s rainforests in their efforts to protect their environment.
