Katy Perry is planning a grand finale for the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards, but rumor has it the performance will not take place in the Barclay’s Center but from below the Brooklyn Bridge. A source tells Us Magazine, Perry will perform ‘Roar underneath the bridge, “She was supposed to perform on top of the Brooklyn Bridge but the city wouldn’t give her the permit.”
