Katy Perry

Katy Perry is done being “cutesy.” The pop star who landed the cover of Vogue revealed that she has a new look on the horizon, “I like more androgynous, architectural lately. I am happy to be another interpretation of myself.” Now we know where her pixie came from—she prepping for the next chapter of Katy Perry.

Katy also touched on her “a bubble beyond the bubble” religious childhood. The singer who went on to sing ‘I kissed a girl’ explains her first round of education was ‘really makeshift.’ “Education was not the first priority. My education started in my 20s, and there is so much to learn still.” Asa kid Katy was not “allowed to interact with gay people,” adding “there is some generational racism. But I came out of the womb asking questions, curious from day one, and I am really grateful for that: My curiosity has led me here. Anything I don’t understand, I will just ask questions about.”

Katy Perry’s evolution is still in development and she’s ready for it!
