Khloe K. and her husband Lamar Odom have opened up their hearts and closet to Cathy’s Kids (via eBay). Khloe and Lamar are donating great stuff from their closets and putting them up for auctions to help underprivileged children follow their dreams.
“When Lamar first introduced me to ‘Cathy’s Kids Foundation’ I immediately responded and wanted to do anything I could to bring awareness to something that we are both so passionate about. It’s fulfilling to know that together we can help give children an opportunity to follow their dreams,” said Khloe.
Lamar Added,
“Giving youth the opportunity to follow their dreams is the mission of Cathy’s Kids Foundation. My mother and grandmother always helped everyone in the neighborhood with open arms and I promised to give back one day; Cathy’s Kids is our way of doing so.”

Cathy’s Kids Foundation was founded by Los Angeles Laker star Lamar Odom in 2004. It was developed as a means for Lamar to streamline all his charitable efforts and focus on making a positive impact on the lives of under-privileged children, as well as targeting a disease that has played a significant role in his life, cancer.
Lamar is focused on ensuring that funds are available for under-privileged youth that live in the inner cities of New York and Los Angeles. It is important to Lamar that young people, especially between ages of 9-14, have the resources they need to get all the opportunities available to succeed in life.
I love when celebrities are involved in a charity because they truly care about it, not because it would look bad if they were not involved in one!
