Khloe Kardashian is being sued by transgender woman, Chantal Spears (legal name Ronald Spears) and says Khloe assaulted her violently with her body in 2009 and that she feared for her life! We don’t know why the altercation occurred!
An assault and battery suit has been filed against the E! reality star in LA Superior Court.
In court papers filed Friday, Chantal Spears (also known as Ronald Spears…yes, you read that right) claims Mrs. Lamar Odom “assaulted and battered plaintiff by violently striking plaintiff in and about her body” back in December 2009 on the Sunset Strip. Spears also alleges that she put her “in great fear for her life and physical well-being.”
Spears wants unspecified general and punitive damages and medical expenses; however, no charges were filed and there was no immediate comment from Khloé’s camp.
According to People,
Chantal told TMZ the incident resulted after she made a comment to Kardashian’s husband, Lamar Odom.
“All I was telling Lamar Odom is maybe he is too young to get married and all of a sudden I get this big push from this girl,” Chantal told TMZ.
