In a new episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians we get to see Kim Kardashian furiously defend her hubby Kanye West over Taylor Swift’s accusations that he did not confer with her about his song ‘Famous’ and those crazy sex lyrics. In a conversation with Kourtney, Kim says, “I never talk sh—t about anyone publicly, especially in interviews. But I was just like, I have so had it. I just felt like I wanted to defend him in it because it’s like, she legitimately, quote, says, ‘As soon as I get on that Grammy red carpet I’m gonna tell all the press, like I was in on it.’”
Kourtney asks if Taylor changed her mind when the song with hit with negative press. “Yeah and, you know, just another way to play the victim. It definitely got her a lot of attention the first time. I just don’t think that he should be punished for it still to this day.” Kim then refered to that infamous 2009 MTV Awards when Kanye stormed the stage as Taylor accepted her award.
Kim was of course defending Kanye and said, “Yeah, Kanye, you know, definitely hurt her years ago when he did that, but like it wasn’t meant to be personal. It could have been anyone. Cause we all know ‘Single Ladies’ was the biggest song of the year. So I think when she didn’t win he just wanted to stand up for her.” Kim was drinking the Kanye Kool-Aid…he never should have done that to Taylor Swift. It was rude and embarrassing.“I’m just speaking the truth,”Kim added. “He called her, spoke to her, she even helped him like, rewrite, you know?”
