Kim Karadshian got naked again for the new Keeping Up The Kardashians season 10 promo. But Kim explains why she’s going nude this time…she wants to remember her hot body before getting pregnant again, which she is actively trying to do. “If I get pregnant again soon, my body is going to totally transform. So, I’m doing this photo shoot today naked. I just want to capture my body and have these photos to last forever.”
Kim has been very vocal with her struggle for baby number two. In another promo Kim explains that she is exhausted from all the sex with her husband, Kanye since she is trying for another baby!
