Kylie Jenner debuted a new tattoo (although its a few weeks old already) to the public on Instagram. After showing off a huge Christmas gift from Tyga, she then gave her fans a peak at her ‘sanity’ tattoo. Side note, a Kylie obsessed fan attempted to gain access to her home last week and was placed on a 72-hour hold by L.A. County Sheriff’s deputies, but he managed to escape—was found and placed on another 72 hours. The man claims they are ‘soulmates.’
