Lady Gaga was spotted in an interesting outfit today (photo at CeleBuzz)…a fishnet dress that totally exposed thong and nearly bare butt on the streets of NYC. Wowza she has been working on her body and wants to show it. Later on in the day Gaga was seen in the same dress but it was a little more covered up. Before having her hip surgery just a few months ago, she was criticized for gaining weight while on her last tour…she blamed being Italian.Gaga made her first public appearance over the weekend at the Gay Pride Parade’s Kickoff Rally in New York City where she sang an capella version of the National Anthem.
