Lady Gaga won the The Fashion Icon Award last night at the 2011 CFDA Fashion Awards, but Gaga had a little wardrobe malfunction or nip slip on the red carpet. With a dress that low in the front it is to be expected. I kinda love Gaga’s aqua colored hair!
