Lil Wayne has been slapped with yet another lawsuit suit!  Lil Wayne, along with Young Money Entertainment label and Trukfit clothing line were included in the assault lawsuit by a man who claims he was hit in the back of the head by “what appeared to be a skateboard”  while he was attempting to take a photo of the rapper in 2012.”This alleged situation happened so long ago and really was not a big deal at the time,” a source tells E! News. “It is shocking to a lot of us that so many months later this is being brought to court.”

Plaintiff Alfredo Marino says he doesn’t know who  “intentionally struck [him] on the back of his head” but is looking for  unspecified damages to cover the assault and battery.
