Lindsay Lohan will head to a NYC court today to face charged stemming from her fight at a Manhattan nightclub back in Nov. 29. Lohan was charged with a misdemeanor assault after she allegedly got into a fight with a woman and hit her in the face. Today she will learn if prosecutors will pursue the charges or drop them.
