Lindsay Lohan dodged a bullet today, her possibly fired lawyer, Shawn Holley went into court today to bat for her ‘client.’ Holley pleaded to guilty to violating probation, the judge set Lohan’s hearing for January 30. Lohan is accused of three misdemeanor surrounding her car crash Pacific Coast Highway back in June. She is charged with willfully resisting, obstruction, providing false information to an officer and reckless driving, but she was still on probation for the jewelry theft case.Holley did tell the judge they will have “the representation issue will be nailed down” but she is still Lohan’s California attorney.
