Lindsay Lohan may have been sick while in NYC (spotted partying & shopping), but she decided to head back West to LA to appear at her court case, as a judge had required her to. Lohan was seen hightailing it out of NYC before to avoid any further court problems. Lohan panicked when photos of her shopping surfaced when she is supposed to have a respiratory infection. If Lohan did not show up to court in L.A. she risked the judge placing a warrant for her arrest. And her New York attorney Mark Heller has to be approved by the judge before he can begin representing her.Talk about a mess!Plus, Lohan was declined at two L.A. hotels…she was blacklisted for trashing a hotel in 2007 and the other hotel was fully booked (suuure they were!).
