Lindsay Lohan seems to think that Grand Theft Auto copied her likeness for one of their video games and has filed a lawsuit! Lindsay filed court papers on Wednesday against the makers of Grand Theft Auto, Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. after claiming a character in the video game was modeled after her, based on the images and the voice of the female character, without her permission.
The court papers go on to say, “The portraits of the Plaintiff (Lohan) incorporated her image, likeness, clothing, outfits, Plaintiff’s clothing line products, ensemble in the form of hats, hair style, sunglasses, jean shorts worn by the Plaintiff that were for sale to the public at least two years,” before the release of the game. The game also features the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood where Lohan notoriously lived for a few years.
