Can we get a finally around here????!! After years and years of fans expecting ( and petitioning) a MAC Cosmetics tribute collection to the late singer Aaliyah, we will finally be able to see the fruit of that persistence. MAC has announced they will launch an Aaliyah collection in Summer 2018. “Aaliyah is truly one in a million — an unstoppable icon whose groundbreaking work in R&B music and film inspires us all. Today we join her countless fans in celebrating her with the announcement of the MAC Aaliyah collection. You made it happen!” The company said in an statement.
We are uber excited. If you were a 90’s kid then you will def be looking to snatch up some Aaliyah makeup. Sure we will have to wait a full year, but hopefully its worth it! We are thinking the company will stay true to Aaliyah’s neutral palette—-I mean she probably created the no makeup makeup look!
