Mariah Carey has been putting off her album for quite some time now, but unlike Beyonce she has announced she will be releasing a new album via digital partners. So the surprise is not really a surprise. Mariah tells Billboard she plans to release the album’s title, track listing, artwork and music all at once via to-be-announced digital partners.
