A public memorial will be held for Jenni Rivera today for her friends, family and fans to celebrate the life and career of the singer. Rivera along with six other people were killed in a plane crash in Mexico on December 9. “We will celebrate the graduation into heaven, with honors, of our beloved mother, daughter and sister,” her family said in a statement. Rivera’s burial will be private. The crash is still under investigation.
