Miley Cyrus’ debuted a new shorter, blonder new hairdo. Chris McMillian, celebrity stylist to the stars (umm…he invented ‘The Rachel’) took his scissors to Miley’s hair and went a little shorter and blonder. McMillan tweeted, “Blonder/Shorter @ Chris McMillian” along with “Whew. Still fits in bun @ Chris McMillian.”
