Miley Cyrus has arrived to the 2013 MTV EMA…and she is rocking a tiny dress with the faces of The Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac Shakur and the caption, “Please Stop Violence.” Check out the back view of the barely there dress. Miley teased fans as she prepped for the show…posting a ‘shower selfie’ on Twitter “I got that shower time showerrrrr time selfiiiie. (A la lana del ray) #happyemas.”
