Ruffles are coming back in style and they are everywhere. My favorite place is on shoes. Ruffles look really stylish and different. The ruffles add elegance to the shoe in a very romantic way plus it has that Victorian look to it. And really fashion is just reincarnation of the past. The ruffle on the shoe is never out of place because it can be worn with jeans, dresses, tights…anything!
