The rumors were getting to loud to ignore and finally Nick Cannon addressed his relationship with pop diva Mariah Carey…there is “trouble in paradise” he told The Insider. Nick explained, “There is trouble in paradise. We have been living in separate houses for a few months.”
It looks like the couple quietly split in June after hitting a rough patch. One source told Us Magazine, “It has been shaky for a while, but it all came to a head recently.” But Nick’s only concern now is his children Monroe and Moroccan, 3 , “My main focus is my kids” when asked about the reason for the split, although he denied infidelity was the cause.
There are a few rumors circulating that Nick had begun partying with the ladies after his Vegas hosting gigs and other rumors that MC did not like Nick’s admission to sleeping with Kim Kardashian. I’m pretty sure it’s not just that since she has dated her share of guys in the past. I will tell you one thing Nick does have a lot of jobs…was he trying to run from Mariah…now on to that huge back tattoo. The couple were married in 2008.
