‘NJ Housewives’ star Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe pleaded not guilty to a new charge of fraud in federal court in Newark, N.J., on Wednesday. Earlier this week the couple were recently charged with two additional fraud charges, bank fraud and loan application fraud.
The new charges stem from a $361,250 mortgage loan in which Teresa and her hubby took out and Joe allegedly stated Teresa was a realtor making $15,000 a month…but she was unemployed at the time.If convicted, they could face up to 30 years in prison and a $1 million fine. This brings their charges to a total of 41 charges against the couple.
