OMG, Leona Lewis fell down an elevator shaft during one of her recent concerts, but don’t worry she is doing fine.
“We have been having problems with the lift,” the Grammy nominee told Bang Showbiz. “It had been going fine in rehearsals and then I had a bit of an accident and fell down the lift shaft. It was quite scary.”
Despite the tumble, “I was lucky not to get injured,” she confirmed. “Fortunately it happened during a blackout on set and didn’t affect the show and none of the audience saw anything. I got a shock and had to be rescued.â€
Ever the trooper, Lewis continued the show. “I had to just get back up and carry on.”
Thank goodness she wasn’t seriously injured!
