Michael Jackson’s oldest son, Prince Michael Jackson took the stand in the wrongful death lawsuit his estate is bring against AEG for negligence. He recalled the day his father died…he knew something was terribly wrong when he heard screams from his father’s bedroom in their rented mansion, he was just 12 at the time. He walked into his father’s room and found him halfway off the bed and his eyes rolled back with his doctor, Conrad Murray giving him CPR. he says Paris screamed for their father and he began to cry but on the way to the hospital he tried to calm down his younger scared siblings. He told the jury “Nothing will ever be the same.”

He remembers seeing AEG Live CEO Randy Phillips at their home having an argument with Murray just days before his father died and he even saw his father cry when he told Phillips on the phone he needed more rehearsal time before going on the “This is it” 50 concert dates .
