Quincy Jones wants his hard earned cash now! Jones has slapped Michael Jackson’s estate with a lawsuit for millions in royalties and production fees on some of the Jackson’s greatest hits. Jones wants at least $10 million from the Jackson’s estate and Sony Music Entertainment saying that he has been deprived of royalties and production fees after the entities re-edited songs. The music was used in the movie  “This Is It” and in the Cirque du Soleil shows based on the singer’s songs, plus he did not get a producer’s credit on the music in “This Is It.” In the lawsuit Jones wants access to the accounting of the estate’s profits to evaluated how much he is owed. Jackson’s estate released a statement,  “To the best of its knowledge, Mr. Jones has been appropriately compensated over approximately 35 years for his work with Michael.”

Jones worked with MJ on his albums, “Off the Wall,” ”Thriller” and “Bad” and major singles like  “Billie Jean,” ”Thriller” and “Don’t Stop ‘Til You Get Enough”
