Rachel Uchitel is not having the fairy tale marriage she expected after her very public relationship with Tiger Woods went bust…in fact her husband of a year and a half and the father of her daughter, Matt Hahn are divorcing…and he claims its over “cruel and inhumane treatment.” According to Radar, a source says Rachel is shocked by the accusation.”Cruel and inhumane treatment?! Rachel is shocked. Google his lawyer. He loves the press and was on Millionaire Matchmaker!!! The lawyer obviously told Matt to beef this up to get sympathy and hope a judge would give him custody I’m assuming.” Rachel did call the police last month on her husband after a heated and possibly physical argument. “She has said that he shoved her when she had Wyatt in her arms. She did slap him after he called her names but that’s hardly cruel or inhumane. Rachel doesn’t beat people up. It’s absurd.””
Rachel’s rep said, “It is Ms. Uchitel’s goal to resolve this action amicably, quickly and quietly and not in the media.”
