Reese Witherspoon may have known her arrest was going to be national news but did she know her arrest video would be leaked…maybe not! Reese Witherspoon can be seen arguing with a police officer in a video obtained by TMZ (below). First Reese tells the officer, “I understand. I understand. And I’m not trying to cause any problems…I am pregnant, early pregnant, it’s an early pregnancy.” Then she said, “I am allowed to ask if you are a real police officer? I need to see verification! Sir, you’re going to make national news, you’re arresting me.” Her hubby Jim Toth did not seem to thrilled with her outburst!
Reese pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct and had to pay a fine and Jim Toth pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and received 12 months’ probation, 40 hours of community service, must attend an alcohol education program and pay a fine.
