I tend to have dry lips. I often forget to exfoliate my lips. So recently I ran out of my good ol’ chapstick and I decided to buy something different and I picked up the Neutrogena MoistureShine Lip Soother Cooling Hydragel SPF 20 (Shine 30), which costs about $7 (at drugstores). It’s similar to a regular lip gloss (yes, your hair can get stuck to your lips but aren’t we used to that already). I love how moist my lips feel after I apply it. I also love that it has SPF 20 because I also forget to put my sunscreen on my lips. I thought the Cooling Hydragel would feel cool/cold (like minty) on my lips but it’s very subtle. It has an apricoty smell. I love it!!!
